Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and scale BooCRM — a box CRM solution installed on the client side and built to resurrect lost revenue. You’ll work on a production MVP used by real businesses, shipping fast, automating pipelines, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

You will design, build, and maintain core product features across frontend and backend using Next.js, Convex, and Payload CMS.
Your work directly impacts client revenue: lead recovery, automation, analytics, and integrations.

This is a high-ownership role with real responsibility — from architecture decisions to client-ready deployments.

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with Next.js (App Router)
• Production experience with modern backend platforms (Convex or similar)
• Solid understanding of self-hosted / on-prem / box software deployment
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (CRMs, email, analytics, payments)
• Strong product thinking: you care about business outcomes, not just code
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end

Nice to have

• Experience with Payload CMS
• DevOps basics (Docker, VPS, deployments)
• Experience with B2B SaaS or CRM systems
