About the Role

You’ll be the front line of BooCRM’s growth. Your mission is simple: identify companies losing revenue, start sharp conversations, and book qualified demos. You don’t sell dreams — you sell measurable revenue recovery.

  • Identify and research ICP companies using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and similar CRMs
  • Reach out via cold email, LinkedIn, and warm outbound
  • Qualify leads based on revenue loss, lead volume, and CRM maturity
  • Book demos for founders / closers
  • Maintain clean CRM data and clear pipeline visibility
  • Work closely with product and founders to sharpen messaging

This is not “spray and pray” sales. This is precision outbound with a real ROI story.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as SDR / BDR (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Clear, structured communication
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Data-driven mindset — you care about numbers, not excuses
