About the Role
As Product Designer, you’ll own UX/UI across BooCRM: from onboarding and pipeline automation to dashboards and saved-lead recovery flows. You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to ship designs that reduce friction, increase activation, and make revenue visible. We care more about shipped outcomes than pretty mockups.
Requirements
- 3+ years designing SaaS or B2B products
- Strong UX thinking with clear user flows and systems
- Experience designing dashboards, forms, and data-heavy interfaces
- Ability to translate business problems into simple product solutions
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent)
- Comfortable working fast with engineers and iterating on live product
