Chief Infrastructure Officer

You will design, automate, and scale BooCRM’s infrastructure layer — powering thousands of client-side installations with zero-downtime updates, reproducible deployments, and predictable costs. This role owns everything from Terraform to rollout pipelines. High ownership, real scale, real impact.

As Chief Infrastructure Officer, you are responsible for building BooCRM’s installation and update engine. We ship a boxed CRM solution deployed into customer environments — your mission is to make installation, upgrades, and maintenance fully automated, secure, and boring.

You will:

• Design infra architecture for mass client-side deployments
• Own Terraform-based infrastructure as code
• Build pipelines for scheduled updates across thousands of instances
• Ensure reproducibility, rollback safety, and observability
• Optimize cost, performance, and reliability at scale
• Define infra standards used by product and engineering teams

• 7+ years in infrastructure / platform / DevOps roles
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing hundreds or thousands of instances
• Strong CI/CD automation background (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and access control
• Experience with customer-hosted or hybrid deployments is a big plus
